Do not use text-transform of CSS when the text contains unity symbols

In engineering, unity symbols such as mm (millimeter)、 ml (milliliter) must be lower case. Different cases of one letter have entirely different meanings. The text-transform of CSS can not recognize the unity symbols. For example, if apply the capitalize transform on length [m], we will get Length [M]. The right one should be Length [m].
